The double balcony leads off the living room and bedroom and is furnished with a patio table and chairs, 2 recliner chairs and a clothes airer. Patio doors lead back into the living room which has 2 sofas and 2 armchairs. There is a flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels and a music stereo, as well as a coffee table and dining table and chairs. The owner has also provided a selection of books for guests to borrow and a side table and mirror. The small kitchen is well equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables with bedside lights, dressing table and mirror, fitted wardrobes, portable fan and a wall mounted flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels. There is even a trouser press. The furnishings are high quality with the bedspreads and curtains matching. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin and WC.
COVID-19 Policy (if booking direct):
Because of COVID-19, we have more lenient cancellation policies in place for this property. If you have to cancel due to COVID-19 and providing you have paid in full, then 50% of the booking fee would be refunded and the remaining 50% would be a credit note towards a future holiday in the property. There would be no refund if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, but again it would be possible to change dates instead.
