Fairways 3 – One Bed is a beautifully refurbished and comfortable apartment for up to 4 people. The complex has a heated communal pool and childrens’ entertainment in the Summer months. There is also a pool bar. The apartment itself has optional air conditioning, and also includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The large sunny terrace is south facing and is furnished with a patio table and chairs, as well as a patio table and chairs. Patio doors lead back into a conservatory area with a sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Further back from this is the lounge area with a sofa bed, flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels. There are ceiling fans throughout as well as the optional air conditioning previously mentioned. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, under counter fridge, tall fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. The dishwasher and washing machine are in a separate area of the apartment. The bedroom has a king-size double bed, bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room, with shower cubicle wash hand basin and WC. There is a second shower room close to the lounge with a walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
