Mare Verde 1 – Two Bed is an apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom and is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest beaches in Torviscas and Fanabe. It has been refurbished and is maintained to a high standard. The living area is spacious and airy and there are 2 balconies, both of which are sun traps. The apartment is inward facing in the complex, so no view of the road at all. It is at the bottom of the long pools, which means that it is quieter, than the ones directly overlooking the pool. The views are of the gardens. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so there is one flight of steps to access the apartment. There are 2 huge fans and with the breeze coming through the large patio doors and the spaciousness of the apartment, the apartment stays cool inside. The bedrooms each have 2 single beds and the master bedroom has patio doors leading out onto a balcony with 2 sun loungers. The 2nd balcony leads off the living area with a patio table and chairs. There is a large flat screen TV with satellite channels. The living area has a sofa bed, 2nd sofa and a coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge, separate freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster etc. The bathroom has a bath/shower, wash hand basin, WC and a washing machine. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people as there is also a sofa bed in the lounge.
COVID-19 Policy
For new reservations booked after 23rd December 2020. Because of COVID-19, we have more lenient cancellation policies in place for this property. If you have to cancel due to COVID-19 and providing you have paid in full, then 50% of the booking fee would be refunded and the remaining 50% would be a credit note towards a future holiday in the property. There would be no refund if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, but again it would be possible to change dates instead.
