Mare Verde 3 – Two Bed with pool view

Mare Verde 3 – Two Bed has been refurbished out of 2 apartments and therefore enjoys a double terrace overlooking the pool. The complex is located in the Costa Adeje area, only 5 minutes walk from Playa Torviscas and Playa Fanabe. The apartment itself is located on Phase 2 of the complex. Inside the apartment has been comfortably furnished and decorated to a high standard, with good quality furniture and fittings. The owners have installed air conditioning as well as the usual satellite TV with English channels. There is also a DVD/CD player for guests entertainment. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace from both the lounge and master bedroom. The terrace is furnished with patio table and chairs as well as sun loungers and a barbeque area. In the lounge there is a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a a double bed which can be converted into 2 single beds if required and requested in advance and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. Therefore the apartment can sleep up to 5 people. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet, wash hand basin and WC. The owner also has a travel cot an highchair available, as well as a cot side for the single bed and a roll-out child’s bed. Please let us know if any of these are required.
