Mare Verde 97 – One Bed is situated on the ground floor on Phase 3 of this popular complex, near the sea front in the Fanabe resort in Tenerife. The gated terrace is furnished with a patio table and chairs. Patio doors lead back in the living room, which has been tastefully furnished in a modern style. There is a sofa bed, a flat screen TV with English and international channels and wifi internet. The kitchen area is well equipped including a tall fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and a coffee maker, as well as a dining table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, mirrored wardrobes and a washing machine inside a cupboard. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, bidet, hair dryer and WC. There is also a security safe.
Lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. Families preferred.
