Parque Santiago II 213 – Two Bed is a duplex apartment which enjoys amazing sea views. It is situated on the 3rd floor of this complex and has lift access. The balcony is furnished with a patio table and chairs, as well as a clothes airer. Patio doors lead back into the lounge which is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with English and international channels. There is also a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic 4-ring hob and extractor fan, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Stairs lead up to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables with bedside lights, chest of drawers with mirror and fitted wardrobes. There is also a ceiling fan. The second bedroom also has 2 single beds, bedside tables with lamps and a portable fan.The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with mirror and WC. A z-bed is provided if there is a 5th person in the party.
Lead guest should be 30 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. Families preferred.
