Parque Santiago III 132 – One is a lovely, south-facing duplex apartment on the top floor of this popular oceanfront complex. Parque Santiago III is in an upmarket area of Las Americas where there is a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops and the beach is only a short walk away. The apartment is on the El Hierro block and is on the 3rd floor with lift access. There are two balconies, both of which get a lot of sun, as they are south-facing. The lower balcony is furnished with a patio table and chairs and enjoys views of the pool and the children’s water slides. Patio doors lead back into the lounge which is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, armchair, side table with lamp, a flat-screen TV with English and international channels, a mirror, and a dining table and chairs. There is also a ceiling fan. The kitchen has a tall fridge/freezer with a microwave on top, an oven, and a 4-ring hob. Stairs lead upstairs to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom consists of 2 single beds, 2 bedside tables with bedside lights, fitted wardrobes, and a ceiling fan. The refurbished ensuite shower room has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with vanity unit and lighted mirror, and a WC. Although the apartment doesn’t have a private wifi router, we can offer the hire of a fast wifi router on request. Please let us know in advance, as they are in limited supply.
