It is a very sought-after complex. The villa itself is built over 3 levels and has a private terrace with a private gate, which leads out onto the seafront promenade and beach. The terrace is furnished with a patio table and chairs, as well as sun loungers and a sun awning. Patio doors lead back into the lounge which is comfortably furnished in a modern style, with a large double sofa bed, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, dining table, and chairs. There is also wifi internet access available for guests to use. The ceiling fan has a remote control. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a tall fridge/freezer. There is also a small breakfast table with 2 chairs. There is a final clean charge of 150 euros and a laundry fee of 30 euros for this villa. These can be paid in cash on arrival unless already paid upfront.
