It is on the ground floor at the front door, but the terrace is raised up with wonderful views over the pool. The terrace is comfortably furnished with a patio table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is also a chill-out area with a 2-seater rattan sofa, 2 armchairs, and a small rattan table. Patio doors lead back into the living area which is comfortably furnished in a modern and attractive style, with an L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV with English and international channels, and a coffee table. There is also a portable fan, a modern standard lamp, a dining table and 4 chairs, and a mirror. The sleeping area has 2 single beds, a bedside table with bedside light, and wardrobes. The small kitchenette includes an oven, a 4-ring ceramic hob, an extractor fan, an under-counter fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, a WC, and a washing machine. The studio also has wifi internet access.
The owner of this studio doesn’t allow children due to the amount of glass in the furnishings.
