Parque Santiago III 207 – Studio has been refurbished to a very high standard by the owners and has wifi internet access. The apartment is situated on the Tenerife block and has garden views. It has ground floor access via the front door, but there are 6 steps. The terrace is raised up. Guests with mobility issues can access the pool without steps by taking the lift down to the shopping complex. The terrace is very comfortably furnished with a patio table and chairs with soft cushions and a recliner chair. There is also a sun awning and a tall fridge/freezer. Patio doors lead back into the lounge which has been very tastefully furnished with a cream L-shaped sofa bed with contrasting cushions and throws and an armchair. There is a coffee table and wooden units with a flat screen TV with English and international satellite channels, as well as a side table with lamp. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The bedroom area has 2 single beds with a bedside table and 2 bedside lights. There is also a ceiling fan, chest of drawers and wardrobes. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, WC and a washing machine.
The owner requires a final clean of 80 euros, which is payable in cash on arrival if guests haven’t paid this fee up front. Linen and towels are provided. There is an optional linen/towel change for 8 euros per person. The apartment will be cleaned for guests arrival. An optional extra clean can be arranged for 12 euros per hour.
Lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. Families only.
