Villa Esmeralda is a three-bedroom four bathroom villa situated on the El Rincon complex in the Los Cristianos resort in Tenerife. The complex is the second line to the seafront. There are 2 large shared pools, one of which is heated, as well as a children’s pool and well-maintained gardens. Although guests staying in the villa can use the shared facilities of the complex, there is also a large private pool and garden. The pool is heated for an additional charge. The pool has steps for access and a pool cover. There is also a covered double terrace area with tables, comfortable seating, a patio table, and chairs, and a sun awning. Two sets of patio doors lead back into the large living room, which consists of a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, and a DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, and a table with 4 chairs for breakfast. Opposite the kitchen, there is a cloakroom with a wash hand basin and WC. The wifi router is situated by the grand staircase. Stairs down to the basement lead to the master bedroom, shower room, and a utility area with another tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a large water heater. The shower room consists of a shower, wash hand basin, and WC. The master bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables with lamps, 2 armchairs and a sofa, a dressing table and chair with mirror above, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, and fitted wardrobes.
The stairs up to the first floor lead to 2 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Both bedrooms share a balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a large double bed, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, a flat-screen TV with English and international channels, 2 armchairs and air conditioning. Patio doors lead out to the balcony. There is also an ensuite bathroom, which consists of a bath with shower overhead, wash hand basin, hairdryer, and WC. The 3rd bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. Patio doors lead out to the balcony. There is also another bathroom on this floor consisting of a walk-in shower, wash hand basin, bidet, WC, as well as a bath/shower. The double balcony shared by both bedrooms is comfortably furnished with sofas and a patio table with chairs. Two of the double beds can be separated into twins if required (on request in advance).
More stairs lead up to the 2nd floor which is a chill-out area with sofas, a small table, and a kitchenette area with a sink and fridge. An ideal space for relaxing with a drink or two.
Lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. No parties.
There is an optional charge of 100 euros per week for pool heating.
