Villa Simone is a lovely six-bedroom three bathroom villa in the centre of Playa de las Americas and only a few minutes walk from the seafront, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and the beach. The grounds are extensive with astroturf, a private pool, and 10 sun loungers with 2 sun parasols. There is also a partially covered patio with comfortable rattan sofas with cushions and small tables for relaxing. There is also an alfresco dining area with a rattan table and 10 chairs. The lounge is large and beautifully furnished with 2 large sofas, 2 armchairs, a pouffe, coffee table, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, as well as a selection of books and magazines. The villa also has wifi internet access, which is free of charge. There is a dining table with 10 chairs. There are 2 additional dining chairs if required. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs in the middle. There are 2 tall fridge/freezers, an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. There is a separate utility area with a washing machine. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a writing cabinet, a TV cabinet with a flat-screen TV with English and international channels, a chest of drawers, and a mirror. There is a walk-in wardrobe room leading to a huge ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle, corner bath, wash hand basin, and WC. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table with lamp, occasional chair, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. The 2nd bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, and WC. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes, and a shelf with a selection of books for guests to borrow. The 4th bedroom also has 2 single beds, a bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes, wall-mounted mirror, and door leading out to the balcony. The balcony is furnished with a rattan sofa and 2 armchairs as well as a coffee table. The balcony enjoys amazing sea views and is a perfect place to chill with a glass of wine. The 5th bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, and fitted wardrobes. There is also a door leading out to the balcony. The 6th bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobes. The 3rd bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, double wash hand basin, bidet, and WC. The 4th bathroom has a shower and wash hand basin.
It is free to park on the street outside the villa.
The lead guest must be 30 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. No groups allowed consisting of mostly young people under 30 years of age.
Location: It is a fairly quiet area as it is not next to any bars or restaurants where you normally get some noise, but it’s still located within walking distance of them.
