Villa Tequilla is a five bedroom three bathroom villa in the Costa Adeje area of Tenerife. It is built over three levels including a roof terrace with amazing sea views and furnished with a barbeque, patio table and chairs, balinese bed and a covered area with an L-shaped rattan sofa with cushions and 2 small tables. On the floor below there is a large terrace with a small private pool (unheated), sofa, small table, patio table and chairs, poolside shower and 2 sun loungers. Stairs lead down to a another large terrace with a chimney barbeque, pool table, a covered area with patio table and chairs and a comfortable seating area of sofas and a flat screen TV with English and international channels. Inside the villa the lounge consists of a comfortable sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV, again with all the channels. There is also a dining table and 8 chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside table and lamps. The kitchen is fully equipped with a tall fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower. On the next floor there is a separate sitting room with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and a wall-mounted flat screen TV with English and international channels. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wall-mounted flat screen TV with English and international channels, fitted wardrobes and patio doors which lead out to the balcony with a patio table and chairs, as well as a sun lounger. The third bedroom also has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom is on this floor with a bath/shower, double wash hand basin with large mirror above, WC and bidet. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and dressing table with mirror. The 5th bedroom has a single bed with a 2nd bed which pulls out from underneath. There are bedside lights and 2 occasional chairs and an ensuite shower.
Lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. Families preferred.
