Perfectly situated in a tranquil area of Puerto Del Carmen, this property is merely a short stroll from the bustling main beach, lined with a variety of shops and restaurants. Las Acacias boasts a spacious swimming pool complemented by a tiled sunbathing terrace, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday filled with sunbathing and swimming.

Also includes a Mini HiFi Music System. A door opens to the patio and communal pool area.

The lively resort of Puerto Del Carmen originally emerged as a fishing village and has since transformed into a vibrant Spanish holiday destination, complete with a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars. Visitors can choose from a diverse array of dining options, ranging from traditional eateries serving local delicacies to establishments specializing in both national and international cuisine, featuring dishes from around the globe. A spacious sandy beach provides sunbeds and shades for rent, along with a variety of water sports for the adventurous. Efficient and affordable bus and taxi services are readily available, making it easy to explore the entire area. The popular Marina of Puerto Calero is just a short drive away, or you can opt for a taxi boat from the Old Town harbor for a leisurely afternoon of boat-watching. Local activities encompass a theme park, boat excursions, deep-sea fishing, island tours, a golf course, diving experiences, mini-golf, go-karting, tennis, a sports center, bike rentals, a shopping center, spas and wellness facilities, horseback riding (in Macher village), a whale museum (in Puerto Calero), and a water park (in Costa Teguise).

Car Hire:

While a car is not necessary for this accommodation due to its prime location in Puerto Del Carmen, it could be beneficial if you plan to explore the numerous attractions the island has to offer.

Cleaning Service: 

Comprehensive arrival and departure cleaning is included. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, additional cleaning and linen/towel changes are provided weekly or mid-stay. All necessary linen and bath/hand/tea towels are supplied; however, pool and beach towels are not included.

Accessibility: 

Located on the ground floor, the surrounding area is level, though there is a hill leading down to the restaurants, shops, and beach. Cots and high chairs are available upon request for a small additional fee. WIFI can be accessed from reception for a charge of 15€ per week.
