It is conveniently located within walking distance of both the charming Old Town and the vibrant Puerto Del Carmen strip. The complex offers additional perks, including a communal swimming pool complete with Roman steps and a snack bar. Accommodating up to four guests, the property features a spacious sun terrace furnished with a cosy seating area and alfresco dining options.

1. Master Double featuring an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a safe. Equipped with air conditioning.

2. Single bed (bed guard available upon request) with a pull-out bed underneath, allowing it to convert into a double. It includes a wardrobe, a spacious chest of drawers, and a desk with a lamp. En-suite bathroom included.

Bathrooms:

1. Master en-suite bathroom outfitted with a shower, washbasin, and WC.

2. En-suite bathroom complete with a shower, washbasin, WC, and washing machine.

Kitchen:

Well-appointed kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, electric oven, induction hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine (Krups Nespresso), toaster, and microwave.

Living Rooms:

A generous and airy living space featuring a cozy sofa, two contemporary armchairs, a dining table for four, and a ceiling fan. Enjoy entertainment on the large 46" Smart Flat-screen TV with Apple TV, SKY News, and a selection of UK channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Sliding patio doors (with an electric shutter for added security) open onto a spacious terrace showcasing pool and sea views. The terrace includes an al-fresco dining area with a table and four chairs, a comfortable seating area shaded by a retractable awning, a small fireplace for cooler winter evenings, and a gas grill for those family BBQs. The bungalow is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows.

Accommodation Exterior:

The sliding patio doors lead to a generous terrace offering stunning sea views, a Canarian BBQ, and al-fresco dining space accommodating six people. The swimming pool is complemented by a poolside bar/restaurant, open until 10pm, serving food and drinks. The pool operates from 08:30 to 20:00 (12:00 to 20:00 on Wednesdays due to maintenance).

This vibrant resort, which evolved from a fishing village, now features all the amenities of a charming Spanish holiday town, complete with a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars. Visitors have a wide array of dining options, ranging from traditional eateries serving local delicacies to establishments offering international cuisine with flavors from around the globe. There’s a lengthy sandy beach where sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented, along with a variety of water sports available for thrill-seekers. While car hire is not essential due to the central location in Puerto del Carmen, it can be advantageous for those wanting to explore the myriad sights the island has to offer.

Cleaning Service: 

Comprehensive cleaning for both arrival and departure is included. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, additional cleaning and linen/towel changes are available weekly or during mid-stay. All bed linen and bath, hand, and tea towels are provided. Please note that pool and beach towels are not included. 

Accessibility: 

The apartment is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp leading down to the unit. However, there are steps leading to the pool area. 

Amenities: 

Includes a safe, bed guard, and access to a communal pool with a poolside bar and restaurant. Cots and high chairs can be provided upon request for a small additional fee.
