Welcome to Las Flores 6 - Three Bed, a generously sized apartment nestled in a tranquil setting, designed to offer a blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

Discover the charm of the private garden boasting partial sea views—an ideal backdrop for relaxation. The patio, partially shaded, features a fully-equipped dining area and comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying meals in the fresh air.

Step inside to the inviting lounge, where a plush L-shaped sofa awaits, positioned for optimal enjoyment of the large flat-screen TV, which offers a variety of English and international satellite channels. A DVD player is also on hand to enhance your entertainment options. The apartment includes private WiFi, allowing you to easily stay connected or manage work tasks.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartments, kettle, cafetiere, and toaster, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals as you desire.

To keep you comfortable during warmer days, ceiling fans are strategically placed throughout the apartment.

Accommodating up to seven guests, the apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms each offer two single beds, bedside tables, lamps, and ample storage space. The third bedroom is ideally set up for families or groups, with bunk beds and an additional single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with coin-operated air conditioning (1€ or 2€ coins).

There are two bathrooms to cater to your needs; one with a soothing bath and overhead shower for a relaxing soak, and another with a shower cubicle for a quick, refreshing rinse.

Please note that the primary guest must be at least 30 years of age, and the apartment is best suited for families, as groups of young people under 30 are not permitted.

Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, a communal pool is available for a leisurely swim or to simply enjoy the sunshine.
