Upon entering the apartment, guests are welcomed into a cozy lounge furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, a side table with a lamp, a bookshelf, and a flat-screen TV featuring English and international satellite channels. The area is completed with a dining table for four and a ceiling fan, ensuring a pleasant ambiance. The kitchen, accessible by two steps, is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, a four-ring ceramic hob, an extractor fan, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge, and a separate toilet with a washing machine.

The upper level houses two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second balcony. The master bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a portable fan, and patio doors opening to a serene balcony furnished with additional sun loungers and a table set.
