Inside, the apartment is compact yet thoughtfully equipped. The sleeping area features a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a small chest of drawers. The bathroom is fitted with a step-in shower, WC, sink, and even a washing machine for your convenience. The kitchenette is functional and comes stocked with essentials like a two-ring hob, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, as well as a complete set of utensils, crockery, and basic cooking necessities.

A dining table with seating awaits you, while the lounge area includes a single sofa bed and a large 50” flat screen TV. Sliding patio doors connect the lounge to a generously-sized balcony, offering delightful views over the pool and out to the ocean — an ideal setting for relaxation at any time of day.

The 2nd floor apartment is all on one level with no stairs inside and features air conditioning, wifi internet, a hair dryer, iron, bed linen, and hangers. Parking is available both on-site and on the street, and guests have access to the amenities of the Santa Maria complex, including the pool and shared facilities.
