Villa Almeria

Nestled in the scenic Madronal area of Costa Adeje, Tenerife, Villa Almeria offers a tranquil retreat with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The villa boasts a private heated pool, WiFi, and optional air conditioning.

The spacious grounds feature a large swimming pool, luxurious Balinese bed, and a sun terrace equipped with loungers and an al fresco dining area under a covered terrace. The interior includes a plush lounge with satellite TV, a separate dining area with a gas barbecue, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is furnished for comfort, with the master and third bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.

Added amenities include a basement utility room, a second lounge with books and games, and an upper balcony with sea views. The villa's serene atmosphere and comprehensive facilities ensure a delightful stay.

The owner requires a security bond of 600 euros, which will be refunded back to guests within 2 weeks after the end of the holiday, providing there is no damage to the villa.  There is also an optional charge for pool heating and for the air conditioning if required.

No groups of all males or all females. No groups of young people.  Lead guest should be 28 years or older.
