Villa Amalia is a stunning four-bedroom detached villa, ideally accommodating up to eight guests. Nestled in the serene Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, this exquisite villa is conveniently just a short walk from the beach. Villa Amalia offers a delightful retreat with air conditioning, a private heated pool, and leisure amenities including a table tennis and pool table, ensuring entertainment for all ages. The sun terrace, shielded by tall walls, provides exceptional privacy for guests.

Located merely 400 yards from Matagorda Beach, Villa Amalia is also close to a lively promenade bustling with diverse dining establishments and lively bars.

The villa features a distinctive kidney-shaped pool (measuring about 9.4m x 4.5m) with electric heating, a protective pool cover, and stylish Roman steps. The covered patio is equipped with a dining set for enjoyable outdoor meals, and plenty of sun loungers and an umbrella invite guests to relax. For entertainment, the villa offers a barbecue area, pool table, and ping pong table.

Inside, the spacious living room provides a cosy seating area perfect for relaxation. Entertainment options include a 40-inch flat-screen TV with a comprehensive satellite package and high-speed fiber-optic WiFi. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, alongside a separate utility room with a washing machine.

The master bedroom on the upper floor boasts a king-size double bed, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom with luxurious fixtures. This room also provides access to a balcony with stunning sea and beach views. The ground floor houses three additional bedrooms, each with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and air conditioning. A well-appointed family bathroom serves these rooms.

For added security, the villa includes two safety deposit boxes and an alarm system. While off-street parking is available, the villa's location makes a car unnecessary, though it is useful for exploring the island.

For families, baby cots and highchairs are available on request for an additional fee. The villa is meticulously cleaned before each arrival, with linens and towels provided. For stays of 10-13 nights, there is a mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change. Pool and beach towels are also supplied for added convenience.

Situated just 0.3km from the sandy shores of Matagorda Beach, where you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas, the villa is also near a commercial center filled with shops, restaurants, and bars. Public transportation is reliable and affordable for those wishing to explore without a car. The area is popular with sports enthusiasts and offers a quieter ambiance than the bustling nearby Puerto del Carmen, accessible within a 10-minute taxi ride. Nearby attractions include Puerto Calero Marina, a water park in Costa Teguise, a whale museum, and various leisure and adventure activities.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
