Nestled on the third row of a sought-after, centrally located complex in Puerto del Carmen, Villa Amapola features two bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom. The property boasts a generously sized lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A large covered terrace offers stunning views of the sea and mountains, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. A gate and a few steps lead down to the pool terrace, where you'll find a private heated swimming pool.

Maid Service 

The villa is thoroughly cleaned and ready for your arrival. Bedding and towels, including beach and pool towels, are provided. Since this is a self-catering property, regular maid service is not included. Two sets of towels per guest will be available upon arrival, and for guests staying longer than a week, these will be refreshed at the week's end. Bedding is also changed weekly.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
