Accessibility:

A flight of five steps leads from the gate to the front door. The villa is all on one level. The surroundings of the accommodation are flat, yet there is a downhill walk to the Old Town Harbour.

The property offers a safety deposit box and off-street parking within a gated community.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
