The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave, oven/4-ring hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and cafetiere.

Outside, enjoy a private swimming pool and an outdoor shower, with ample space for sunbathing on the sun loungers and under the parasol. The side terrace features a table and chairs with a large umbrella for shade, perfect for alfresco dining on the gas BBQ or entertaining loved ones. The white raised walls add a touch of privacy. A small table and two chairs sit under a shaded pergola in front of the lounge. Additionally, there is an outdoor pool table and bench, and the washing machine is located in a locked cupboard on the side of the property.

Cleaning services:

The villa is meticulously prepared for both arrival and departure, with a complimentary clean included. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, additional cleaning and changes of linen and towels are provided either weekly or during the midpoint of your stay. All linen, bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels are thoughtfully provided. Pool and beach towels are also available for your convenience.

Amenities:

The villa features air conditioning, offering both cooling relief in the warmer months and warmth during winter. To enhance your peace of mind, a safety deposit box and alarm are present. Upon request, cots and high chairs can be provided for a small additional charge.

Accessibility:

This property is all on one level and is located in a flat section of the resort. The bathrooms are equipped with spacious walk-in showers. Access to the front door involves 3 steps from street level, and upon entering the property grounds, there is an additional step leading to the villa's entrance.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
