Access to the villa is via a well-maintained unpaved road.

Distances: the quaint village of Portole, featuring local food shops, is situated 4 km away, while Cortona, offering a variety of stores, is 13 km distant. Città di Castello and Arezzo are approximately 40 km away, and Lake Trasimeno lies around 30 km from here.

At guests’ disposal: a furnished garden, a stunning irregularly-shaped swimming pool (approximately 7 x 14 m – with a maximum depth of 2.4 m), and a veranda fitted with tables and chairs for delightful “al fresco” dining, along with a barbecue. Access to a washing machine and ironing facilities is also provided. Parking is available within the grounds.

Extra Services: A baby bed can be arranged upon request. Additionally, a chef service is available upon request for exquisite Tuscan dinners.

Ground floor: spacious living room (satellite TV) featuring a fireplace, dining area, and kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher), plus a bathroom with a shower (including a Jacuzzi and Turkish bath). 

1st floor: cosy reading area, double bedroom, a second double bedroom with access to a covered terrace, and a bathroom with a shower.

The tourist tax is applicable for the first 4 days of stay (not applicable to children under 12 years)
