Playa Blanca

Hiring a car for this villa is highly recommended to access the town center easily. Celebrated multiple times for its stunning landscapes, this tranquil and inviting resort is the perfect haven for the entire family to unwind. Along the Playa Blanca boardwalk, as well as in the parallel streets bordering the old town, you'll discover a delightful array of restaurants, shops, and bars. A visit to Marina Rubicon is essential, offering a fantastic selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops, along with a vibrant market that operates twice a week. Additionally, there's a newly opened shopping center to explore. Among the local beaches, Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo are renowned for their powdery white sand and close proximity to resort amenities. However, the crown jewels are undoubtedly the Papagayo beaches, featuring a series of exquisite white sandy coves with crystal-clear waters that enchant every visitor. While these beaches can be accessed on foot or by bike, a car is advisable due to the considerable distance involved. (Please note that a 3 Euro car toll applies, as this area is a nature reserve.)

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
