Villa Esmeralda is a stylish three-bedroom, four-bathroom villa in the sought-after El Rincón complex, just minutes from the seafront in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. The setting is peaceful, yet close to all the action, making it ideal for a relaxing yet connected holiday.

The complex features two large shared pools (one heated), a children’s pool, and beautifully maintained gardens. But what sets this villa apart is its private pool and garden—your own quiet escape. Pool heating is available for an extra charge.

The private pool is accessible via steps and comes with a handy pool cover. Beside it, a double terrace offers shaded seating with patio furniture and a sun awning—perfect for outdoor dining or lazy afternoons.

Inside, the ground floor opens to a spacious living area with two sofas, a coffee table, a dining table for six, a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, and a breakfast table for four. A cloakroom with a washbasin and WC sits just off the kitchen. The Wi-Fi router is located near the elegant central staircase.

Bedroom 1: Downstairs, the basement level includes the master bedroom, a shower room, and a utility area with a second fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and water heater. The master bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, a dressing table with mirror, two armchairs, a sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and built-in wardrobes.

Upstairs on the first floor are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both rooms open onto a shared balcony with seating and scenic views.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, flat-screen TV, two armchairs, air conditioning, and patio doors to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin, hairdryer, and WC.

Bedroom 3: Also has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and access to the balcony.

The additional bathroom on this floor includes a walk-in shower, bath with overhead shower, bidet, basin, and WC.

On request, double beds can be converted to twins for flexibility.

At the top of the villa, the second-floor chill-out zone is the perfect hideaway—featuring a cosy lounge area with sofas, a small table, and a kitchenette with a sink and fridge. Ideal for an evening drink or a quiet escape.
