Access to the property is along a dirt and partially paved road, extending about 300 meters.

Important Note:

One boundary of the villa and a portion of the garden lie adjacent to "La Terrazza dei Frati" (approximately 30 meters away), with only a laurel hedge for separation. Both properties have individual entrances, pools, and private areas, with the option to book both for larger gatherings.
