Nestled within the centrally located Vista Lobos development in Playa Blanca, Villa Girasol is a stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa which boasts breath-taking views of the sea and the nearby islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura, making it an ideal choice for a memorable holiday. The villa spans two levels; the entrance and upper floor feature an open-plan kitchen and dining room, a guest cloakroom with w/c, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the lower level, you’ll find a spacious living area complete with a pool table, a family bathroom, and two additional bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with coin-operated air conditioning for your comfort. Outside, a delightful terrace is furnished with sunbeds and a daybed, all surrounding the private, heated swimming pool and hot tub. The nearest beach, Playa Flamingo, is approximately 1.5km away and offers a picturesque stretch of white sand alongside restaurants with sea views. The vibrant center of Playa Blanca is around 2km from the villa, and there is a taxi rank conveniently located just outside the development.

Generously sized living areas on the ground floor feature cosy sofas, a pool table, Internet-enabled (IPTV) TV with BBC1 and an array of international channels, a DVD player, and patio doors that lead to steps ascending to the sun terrace. WiFi is available. Air conditioning operates on a coin system. 

Kitchen

An open-concept kitchen and dining area equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine. There's a separate utility room housing a washing machine. The dining table accommodates eight guests and boasts patio doors leading to a terrace with breathtaking views overlooking Fuerteventura.

1. The Master bedroom is located upstairs, featuring a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom, coin-operated air conditioning, and patio doors leading to a terrace. 

2. An upstairs twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, coin-operated air conditioning, and an ensuite shower room. 

3. A downstairs bedroom with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors opening to an enclosed terrace. Coin-operated air conditioning is also included. 

4. A downstairs bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, complete with coin-operated air conditioning.

Bathrooms

1. An en suite bathroom for the Master bedroom upstairs, featuring a bathtub with an overhead shower. 

2. An en suite shower room adjoining the twin bedroom upstairs. 

3. A guest cloakroom with a WC located upstairs. 

4. A family bathroom downstairs with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. A hairdryer is provided.

Maid Service

Daily service includes making beds and removing rubbish.

This villa is structured over two levels and requires steps for access to the villa and its various levels. A taxi rank is conveniently located nearby, and there is parking space available for two cars.

Villa Girasol is just a short stroll from the sheltered, golden sands of Playa Flamingo Beach, which features a gentle slope into the sea, making it perfect for young children. An 8.5km seafront promenade stretches from one end of Playa Blanca to the other, adorned with bars, seafood restaurants, and shops. Nestled in a well-established residential area within the desirable resort of Playa Blanca, the villa is conveniently located near the beach and resort amenities, although having a car is advisable.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
