Villa Jazmin is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa accommodating up to 5 guests. It offers complimentary wifi, pool towels, a welcome pack, and coin-operated air conditioning. Elevated to showcase breathtaking sea views, this villa features one of the largest pool terraces within its gated community. The property includes two bedrooms—one with an en suite bathroom—along with a spacious lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms have been recently modernized. Patio doors in the living area open onto a partially covered terrace, where you'll find a barbecue, dining table, and a comfortable rattan sofa. Just a few steps down from this area is a sun terrace and a private heated swimming pool. Additionally, it’s just a short stroll to the beach and the vibrant offerings of the popular Puerto del Carmen resort. Coin-operated air conditioning is available in both the lounge and the master bedroom.

Relax on comfortable sofas while enjoying Internet TV, with patio doors leading to the sun terrace. Air conditioning is coin-operated.

Kitchen 

Equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, and fridge/freezer. A dishwasher and washing machine can be found in a separate utility area.

Suitability 

The pool is just a few steps down, and the villa is situated on an elevated location.

Maid Service 

The villa will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. For stays longer than 7 nights, there will be a weekly change of towels and linens. Upon arrival, each guest will find two sets of towels in the villa, which will be replaced at the end of the week for guests staying longer. Bedding will also be changed weekly.

Location is slightly elevated within easy walking distance of the main promenade which has a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and 1.5km to the old town harbour.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
