The Space
Villa Josefa is an enchanting three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa offering a private heated pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. The villa, strategically positioned near Abama Golf, commands stunning views of the lake, Embalse de Abama.

Spread over two levels, the villa features a spacious and bright living area with large patio windows enhancing the natural light. The living space includes an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, and a dining table that accommodates six people. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, and toaster, and includes a breakfast bar with seating for three.

Accommodations
The master bedroom offers a serene retreat with a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, an occasional chair, and direct access to the garden through patio doors.

A separate laundry room provides additional convenience with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and water heater.

The first bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower, a bathtub, double washbasins with a large mirror overhead, and a toilet. A guest toilet on the ground floor includes a wash hand basin and WC.

A grand staircase ascends to the upper floor where two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The second bedroom, with its king-size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading to a balcony, offers breathtaking lake views.
