Villa Mateo

Villa Mateo is a spacious, comfortable vacation home in the coastal town of Supetar on Brac Island, Croatia. Ideal for a group of friends or a large family, it blends modern comfort with traditional island charm and sleeps 8 to 9 guests across five bedrooms and generous shared spaces.

Inside, the villa features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor includes a double bedroom with a private bathroom and bathtub—a convenient setup for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, you'll find:

• Two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower and balcony access for sea breezes and open views.
• A smaller double room with a 140x190 cm bed—ideal for a single adult or two children.
• A single room with a standard bed.

These last two rooms share a separate bathroom with a shower.

Outside, Villa Mateo offers a private garden full of native plants, plus a covered patio with a dining table, barbecue, and wood-fired oven—perfect for laid-back meals outdoors. The pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, offering a quiet retreat from the tourist crowds.



Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and on-site parking. The villa’s location in Supetar makes it a great base for exploring Brac’s beaches, heritage sites, and local food scene. With daily ferries to Split, it’s also easy to reach Hvar, Makarska, and other islands.

No groups of all males or all females. No groups of young people.  Lead guest should be 25 years or older.
