Villa Salvo is a meticulously renovated rustic-style villa nestled in a tranquil setting, boasting expansive sea views from both open and covered terraces. Enveloped by lush, well-maintained gardens, this property offers an oasis of complete relaxation. Inside, the villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms, including two doubles—one adorned with a charming four-poster bed—and a twin room. The fourth bedroom conveniently opens directly onto the pool terrace. The bathrooms consist of two ensuites equipped with walk-in showers, along with a separate family bathroom featuring a sunken bath and shower.

The kitchen harmoniously blends traditional appeal with modern efficiency, equipped with everything from a dishwasher to a coffee maker, and includes a dining table that accommodates eight. Three sets of patio doors from the dining and lounge areas provide easy access to the covered terrace, ensuring a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa boasts two cozy lounge areas—one featuring a 46" flat-screen TV with complete satellite access, a DVD player, and stereo, while the other offers direct access to the terraces.

Outside, guests can take advantage of a built-in barbecue, a cozy outdoor seating area nestled within the Canarian garden, and a pool table for added entertainment. The private kidney-shaped pool is heated during the cooler months, equipped with a cover, and easily accessible via Roman steps. Villa Salvo is nestled in the Los Mojones area, a tranquil and sought-after residential neighbourhood close to the charming Old Town of Puerto del Carmen. Once a quaint fishing village, Puerto del Carmen has transformed into a vibrant coastal resort brimming with shops, bars, and restaurants. The dining scene is diverse, featuring everything from traditional local cafes serving Canarian delights to establishments showcasing national and international cuisines from across the globe.

The expansive sandy beach is perfect for sunbathing, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for rental, along with a variety of water sports to enjoy. Navigating the area is a breeze, thanks to dependable and budget-friendly bus and taxi services. Just a short drive away lies the elegant marina at Puerto Calero, or opt for a scenic taxi boat ride from the Old Town harbor for a relaxing afternoon among the yachts.

Whether you seek relaxation or adventure, this location has it all. Renting a car in Puerto del Carmen isn't necessary, as the area is well-connected and easily navigable on foot or by taxi. However, having your own vehicle can be quite beneficial if you intend to discover more of the island and its numerous attractions.

Villa Salvo is ideally situated approximately 1.5 km from the beach, 800 meters from the nearest supermarket and the main resort area, and just over 2 km from the local golf course. The airport is a brief 10 km drive away, ensuring quick and convenient transfers.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned and set up for your arrival, with a cleaning service provided upon departure. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, an additional mid-stay clean with fresh linens and towels is included. All bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, and pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Reaching the property involves a short flight of steps, around six to seven in total, and the lounge area is designed with a split-level layout. Inside, the bathrooms come equipped with walk-in showers, while the pool can be easily accessed via Roman steps.

Extra amenities include a safety deposit box and coin-operated air conditioning. Cots and high chairs are available upon request for an additional fee.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
