Villa Violeta is an enchanting, well-sized detached villa situated in the Los Pocillos area of Puerto del Carmen. It boasts a master bedroom featuring a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, alongside a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom. The spacious lounge and dining area is tastefully separated from the fully-equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar. Outdoors, a generous covered terrace awaits, ideal for al-fresco dining, overlooking the villa's private heated swimming pool. The owner also provides complimentary Wi-Fi and pool towels. Accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably, it’s a perfect getaway.

Suitability 

The villa is all on one level, situated in a flat area of the resort.

Maid Service 

The villa will be cleaned and ready for your arrival. Bedding and towels, including beach and pool towels, are provided. As this is a self-catering property, maid service is not included. Two sets of towels per guest will be available upon arrival, with replacements provided weekly for guests staying longer than a week. Bedding will also be changed weekly.

The nearby Los Pocillos beach and several charming cove-like beaches are just minutes away, while the expansive sandy Playa Grande is approximately a 15-minute walk, offering an array of activities including paragliding and pedal boats. The main avenue extends about 3 kilometers and features a diverse selection of shops and stores, perfect for finding souvenirs, designer items, and, of course, duty-free goods. The old town harbor is famed for its delightful fish restaurants and intimate local bars, whereas the new town is renowned for its variety of culinary offerings.
