1. The spacious Master King bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. It includes bedside tables with lamps, a TV, armchair, and fitted wardrobes. Enjoy stunning views of the pool and sea from the room, along with a patio leading directly to the pool area down six steps.

2. The Twin bedroom offers two comfortable beds with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. You'll find a bedside table with a lamp, a TV, armchair, and fitted wardrobes in this room, which also boasts a large window providing pool and sea views.

3. Relax in the Double bedroom with a cozy double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. This room features reading lamps, a TV, armchair, and fitted mirrored wardrobes for your convenience.

4. Another Double bedroom offers a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. You'll have access to reading lamps, a TV, and fitted wardrobes in this room as well.

Bath/Shower Rooms:

Each en-suite bathroom includes a washbasin, walk-in "Rain" shower, WC, mirror, and LED lighting. Bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bedroom 3, and bedroom 4 each have their own en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and washbasin located near the entrance.

Living Room:

An open plan living and dining area with patio doors that lead out to a spacious circular balcony overlooking the ocean. From the entrance hall, you will find a guest toilet, and down two steps is the bright and airy air-conditioned lounge. Furnished with two luxury curved 4-seater sofas and a "Fama" electric reclining Moon chair, the lounge also features a massive 75" flat-screen TV with IPTV and WIFI.

Dining Room/Kitchen:

A couple of steps lead up to the open plan dining area and kitchen. The dining area boasts a large table with 8 chairs, while the modern and spacious fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a large electric oven, 5-ring electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and a Becken Cafetera for your morning espresso, latte, or cappuccinos.

Accommodation Exterior:

The covered terrace wraps around the lounge offering panoramic ocean and Old Town harbor views. Outside dining is a delight at the large wooden table, seating 8 under a pergola. A few steps down bring you to the pool and patio area where you can sunbathe on the provided sunbeds or relax in the circular cushioned seating area and enjoy the sunset. A 5-seater luxury Hotspring Jacuzzi is strategically positioned for magnificent ocean views, complemented by a daybed, outdoor shower, pool table, and built-in BBQ for enjoyable nights at the villa. The harbor is just a 5/6 minute walk away, and a scenic cliff-top path leads to Puerto Calero (approx. 2 km) for the marina and upscale restaurants.

This property spans over 2 levels. From the lounge/patio doors, there are 8 steps leading down, followed by an additional 4 steps up to the pool area. To access Bedroom 1 from the pool, there are 6 steps. Each bathroom features walk-in showers for convenience.

Housekeeping Services:

Your accommodation is meticulously prepared for your arrival and departure cleaning needs. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, additional cleaning services and fresh linen/towels are provided either weekly or mid-stay. Linen, bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels are all included. You will also find pool and beach towels provided for your comfort.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
