Villa Noelle

Villa Noelle is a standout villa near Puerto del Carmen with sweeping views of the Atlantic. Designed for space and style, it features an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three elegant bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—ideal for up to six guests. Stay on track with a private gym and fitness gear, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. A baby cot is available for families, making it a comfortable stay for everyone.

The villa is spread over two levels, but the main living area and bedrooms are all on the upper floor with direct street access for easy entry. Downstairs, accessible by either 15 steps one way or 8 the other—you’ll find the outdoor pool, sun loungers, and a dining terrace perfect for alfresco meals.

The villa’s interior includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, private hallway, large walk-in wardrobe, bedside units with lamps, air-conditioning, and a Smart TV. Patio doors open onto a covered terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a bedside table with lamps, a mirror, Smart TV, and air-conditioning. The third bedroom also includes twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a bedside table with lamps, a mirror, and a Smart TV.

There are three bathrooms in total. The first is an en suite to the main bedroom with a walk-in rain shower, WC, washbasin, and mirror. The second is an en suite to the second bedroom, also with a walk-in rain shower, WC, washbasin, and mirror. The third is a family bathroom located next to the third bedroom, featuring a walk-in rain shower, WC, washbasin, and mirror.

The open-plan lounge is bright, spacious, and designed for comfort, with a large sofa and two armchairs arranged around a 70-inch flat-screen TV offering IPTV and high-speed WiFi—ideal for streaming movies and shows on demand. The living area flows into additional spaces with more plush seating, a table football game, and an extendable dining table that seats six. No matter where you settle in, you’ll be treated to stunning panoramic views.

Upstairs, the private gym includes an exercise bike and weights, with a door leading to a staircase of 15 steps down to the terrace. This large outdoor space is perfect for alfresco dining with a BBQ, and from there, five steps lead up to the swimming pool.



The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a four-ring induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher. There’s plenty of room to cook and prep meals. A separate utility area includes a washing machine for added convenience.

Outside, the villa offers a private heated pool available from November through April, a sun-soaked terrace and balcony, and an inviting outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Seven steps with a handrail lead down to a fully enclosed, south-facing patio and terrace. The pool is set in artificial grass and surrounded by sun loungers and a comfortable daybed. A covered pergola provides a shaded spot to relax out of the sun.



Nearby, there’s a spacious open area with a barbecue and a dining table that seats six under a parasol—ideal for alfresco meals and laid-back gatherings. The rectangular pool measures approximately 8 by 3.5 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.35 to 1.7 meters. It’s heated by electric power during the cooler months, uses standard water, and includes a pool cover, step ladder for access, and an outdoor shower for convenience.

The villa is fully cleaned and prepared before your arrival, with departure cleaning included. For stays of 10 to 13 nights, a mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels is also provided. All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels, and pool/beach towels are supplied for your convenience.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.

No groups of all males or all females. No groups of largely under 22 year olds.  Lead guest should be 22 years or older.
