As you enter through the front doors, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall complete with a cloakroom. This hall flows seamlessly into the open-plan lounge and dining area, offering picturesque views of the pool and garden.

The master bedroom features twin beds that can be arranged as a double with a mattress topper, extensive fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lamps, as well as a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Puerto Calero is an exclusive Marina with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts an impressive range of boutiques, bars, and restaurants, is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars while watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats, and waterside leisure activities. The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen is just a 5-minute drive away, or you can take the taxi boat from the Marina to the Old Town harbor. There are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.

Car Hire:

This is not essential if you are happy to remain in Puerto Calero as the Marina is only a few minutes' walk away. However, it could be an advantage if you are planning to visit the different resorts or see the many sights the island has to offer.

Cleaning Service: 

Comprehensive cleaning for both arrival and departure is included. For stays ranging from 9 to 13 nights, additional cleaning and linen/towel changes will be provided weekly or during your mid-stay. All linens, including bath, hand, and tea towels, are supplied. For your convenience, pool and beach towels are also provided.

Accessibility: 

All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are located on a single level; however, there are 5 steps leading from the house to the pool area. The property features two walk-in showers.

Amenities: 

Air conditioning available for a small fee. Cots and high chairs can be requested at an additional cost. Complimentary WiFi is provided, and street parking is accessible right outside the villa. A gym/sports centre is in close proximity, with extra costs applicable.

The owner of this villa will require copies of the passports for all the guests prior to arrival.  This is a legal requirement to do with the registration of the villa and the guests with the Spanish authorities.
